Over the course of my career I have launched multiple API products from 0 to 1 and seen them through make significant contribution to to the company bottom line. In doing so, I have made quite a few mistakes and use the opportunity when I speak at industry events to share such mistakes with my peers with the hope that they learn from it and avoid it to the best they can.
